A $20 deposit is required for all scheduled services, which will be applied to the remaining balance at the conclusion of your visit. For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact us at (330) 691-8216. *Cancellations must be made at least *48 hours in advance to retain the deposit; otherwise, it will be forfeited. We allow an *48 hour courtesy window for rescheduling appointments. If you reschedule within this timeframe, your original deposit will be credited to the new appointment without additional fees. Requests made outside this window will incur a $10 rescheduling fee, payable at the time of your rescheduled appointment. Please communicate directly with your technician under such circumstances.
